Advanced Moving isn’t your typical climate controlled-storage. Our warehouse facility in Tea, SD offers you a unique combination of reliability and access. We work to ensure that your self-storage experience exceeds all expectations.

It starts with security. Our large warehouse facility is under 24-hour digital surveillance. No one has access to Advanced Moving’s facility without the owner Dennis Ahlers there to oversee every item that is going in or out of our storage facility.  

Advanced Moving gives you two move in storage options for your convenience:

   1) We will come to your resident or office, with one of our Advanced Moving trucks, label and load all the items you would like to have stored. You will receive an itemized list for your records of all the items Advanced Moving takes and unloads into our storage facility.

   2) You can bring the items you would like to have stored to our warehouse facility loading dock. The owner Dennis Ahlers will label each item, give you an itemized list, and place the items safely in our storage. 

Advanced Moving gives two move out of storage options for your convenience:

   1) We will load all your items onto one of our Advanced Moving truck’s, deliver, unload all your items and place them where you would like them in your new location.

   2) We will bring all your items to the loading dock and help you load them onto your truck.

WHY CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE:

With the South Dakota weather always changing, cold storage can develop condensation, which can allow mold and decay to grow, causing damage to your items.  Advanced Moving’s Climate Controlled Storage can prevent the damage from condensation because our facility is humidity controlled, to ensure the correct humidity throughout our facility.
