I'm Dennis Ahlers owner and operator of Advanced Moving. My wife Dondi is in the office daily and also helps run our family business. During the summer you might see my daughter Deni assisting with packing, or my son Derek helping with the moving. We are definitely a family based business and take pride in our work! All our employees are trained personally by me to make sure they are efficient and professional on every move.


We have owned Advanced Moving for over 16 years. Before owning Advanced Moving, we owned Academy Moving in Colorado Springs Co. for over 13 years. So when you hire Advanced Moving you are getting over 29 years experience! We take pride in doing a job well, and making sure all of your moving needs are met. Whether its moving just the heavy items or packing and moving all of your belongings, we will get the job done!

Meet Chris | Head of Operations | Crew Leader


Chris has been with Advanced Moving for over 11 years. 


Mention to detail throughout every move and the men he is overseeing. What Chris believes separates our company from other similar companies. The entire staff works in harmony, with Chris. In addition to his passion for his work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, and whenever possible watching his favorite football team the New York Giants.

Meet Jordan | Crew Leader - Mover Assist


Jordan takes pride in ensuring our clients are happy with their move. He works hard along with his co-workers to make sure every move is done right and on a timely matter.  When Jordan is not with Advanced Moving he enjoys time with his girlfriend and playing golf. 

Meet Eugan | Mover Assist


Eugan has workability like no other at the end of the day, he takes pride in knowing he did a job well done. His personality makes it easy for anyone to work alongside him. Eugan is from Jamaica. When he is not working, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife.

Meet Quin | Mover Assist


Quin is a great asset to Advanced Moving, his hard work, and dedication show on every move. He works efficiently and stays focused on our client's needs. 


 Quin is from Alabama, he enjoys spending time with his son.

Meet Brandon | Mover Assist


Brandon is our newest team member with Advanced Moving, his work ethics makes it easy for him to work with all of our Crew Leaders and Co-Works. You can rest assure he will handle your furniture with care, plus work hard on every move. When Brandon is not working with Advanced moving he enjoys time with his friends.
