How to safely move an elliptical…

Unlike a treadmill, which simply folds up, an elliptical is bulky which can make it difficult to move especially if it is in a basement, or has to be moved around tight corners within the home. First, you need to disassemble the elliptical’s hardware, then take the pedals and handlebars off the main base. Make sure you put all the nuts and bolts, in a labeled bag so you know where to find them when it's time to put your machine back together. Once the machine is disassembled, you should be able to move the elliptical onto the moving truck quite easily. You will want use straps to keep the elliptical from moving around the truck, and don’t forget to cover the elliptical with moving pads to keep it from getting scratched.
